So far so good, get what you paid for
Hi! I’m a 16-year-old high school student.I don’t need this computer for heavy gaming like Call of Duty, Rogue Company, etc. I play lighter games such as Osu, The Sims, and Minecraft. I also do digital art on Clip Studio Paint and I edit videos on programs such as Adobe After Effects and Sony Vegas Pro. SO, if you’re looking for a review that covers how well it handles gaming this is NOT the review for you.I’d also like to mention that I am also very tech-savvy. I know what’s right, what’s wrong. I will also be keeping GREAT integrity in this review. These reviews for this product seem scattered and it makes me question if people are lying to get their money back which wouldn’t be surprising.I’ll be covering the quality of the products included in this product, how the computer works on its first day and I will be doing an update after a week, a month, 3 months, and so on.It is now November 8th, I just got my computer. There are no scratches, no damaged products whatsoever. The computer, monitor, keyboard and mouse were all packed safely. The keyboard is sort of cheap but thats expected with a deal of all of this for only $200+. I wasn’t using the keyboard anyway. The mouse is smaller than I expected but I am also not using it. Right off the bat, the only problem was the monitor not being as advertised. I don’t really mind the monitor, if iâm being honest but Iâm sure other customers would. On start up, everything went smoothly. It turned right on with ease as well as the monitor. It was ready to use right out of the box. The computer is hardly noisy. Itâs actually quieter than a small laptop I was using before.First day use: The computer itself runs smoothly, Iâve been downloading programs with ease. The only issue Iâm having is the wifi. Itâs connected but sometimes it disconnects from my wifi and Iâm not exactly sure if its the computer or our router. We restarted it and it continued to do the same thing. Iâll have to do some messing around and see if placement is the issue but so far, it hasn’t been a major problem. Will be back in a week to update.Little over a month:I said i’d be back with more reviews but school has been CRAZY. Anyways, the computer is still running very well. The internet issue went away. However, recently the usb stopped working on me somehow? But that was an easy fix. I got another one from a tech store. What i’ve come to find out is that MY computer didn’t come with a graphics card. It was an intel hp 2000(?) and it doesn’t support openGL, so it couldn’t even run MINECRAFT. There is a slot inside of the tower to enter a graphics card & I recently just ordered one so hopefully it’s compatible with the PC and it runs smoothly. The computers runs very well, not bad enough to complain about but having the upgrades would be nice. I’ll come back once I have the graphics card and see how it runs then.

Don’t knock it til you’ve tried it. This is a good old computer
I unboxed this pc a few days after I got it. I wasn’t in a rush. It came earlier than expected, though. By about three or four days. So that was good. The computer had light wear on its body. More on that after. The screen was pretty well protected with a bubble sleeve about 1 1/2in. thick. The box itself was a little too sparsely packed, though. But like I said, the monitor was well protected. All the cables and peripherals were there in the box, as well, each one wrapped tightly. Also in it the tiny usb wifi connector I almost missed. But, it was there in the box. So… the packaging could have been a little… better. The computer: is a great value for the money. I mean GREAT! Scratches and all. Thats not really fair, though. It’s a USED computer! YES, it’s a little scratched up. I took the panel off and the innards were fine. The keyboard is che- eeeeap!, though. But, it does work. The mouse was only slightly better. Anyway after putting it carefully together (using the very good instruction booklet) and starting it, it fired up right away. BUT, the monitor didnt work. Oh, great! Then I noticed what wasn’t in the advertising pix: there was an extra connector port(?) (I think that’s what it’s called). And there was an extra cable. A dual montor cable. After connecting the cable to the extra connector and the monitor to one of the two cable ends it worked! So with the monitor port on the pc not working a work-around by tech support was put together at the shop before it was sent out. Awesome! After that minor snafu, it works perfectly. If you don’t mind its used-ness, I would recommend this wholeheartedly. For the price it cant be beat.

It works, but not great pieces sent and some damaged areas
UPDATE to this review: I originally gave them 3 stars but dropped to ONE star. I am now uploading pictures of the computer, which has damage to the back side. Looks like they put some plastic covering over the tower itself, maybe due to scratches or something in order to cover them, and I would not mind at all but forgot to mention this in first review that the plastic was peeling up and this was right out of the box. I also thought it had an HDMI port but it does NOT so the new monitor I purchased came with an HDMI cord that CAN’T be attached so had to use the VGA cord that this company gave with the CRAPPY OLD Dell monitor they supplied with the computer. I just purchased a new HDMI to USB cable since the HDMI cord gives much better resolution than VGA. Pictures also loaded. Unfortunately you may not be able to really see the incredibly POOR resolution of that old monitor, and it has a yellow tint that I could not fix even when I tried changing the brightness and contrast. But in comparison to the new one I just got- the quality is night and day. The company said they would refund me $10 (wow) yet I have NOT seen that refund yet and it has been several days. I won’t hold my breath.I bought this refurbished since I did not want to spend a lot of money on a PC. The tower was in good condition, but the monitor was not the one in the picture and I failed to see the note that they ship whatever parts they have. Well- this monitor looks like one of the first monitors made. It is big and clunky and resolution is poor. The WiFi adaptor included worked for about 10 min and then stopped working. Other people said the same thing in the reviews.I contacted the seller and he said that he couldn’t replace the monitor but would give me $10 credit for the WiFi. I purchased a new one from TP-link and it worked perfectly but cost me $20. I also bought a new monitor and paid $60 for it so hopefully that one will be good- it won’t arrive for another week. So, this $130 computer ended up costing me over $200. I should have just returned it and started over with a different company but it does have 1TB hard drive and the processor is good. I did not want the hassle of having to box it all back up and drive 1 hour to the nearest UPS store to do a return. Disappointed.

Por el componente de lo que trae considero que está bien uno de los cables no me permite encender el monitor pero cambiándolo te servirá

Especially considering the price, this is a great little day-to-day PC with Windows 10. Obviously not for hard core gamers but that’s not the intent of a few hundred dollar machine. It’s reliable and fast enough to do eg banking, emailing, editing, streaming and lots of lower level gaming. Note that it will not upgrade to Windows 11 as is, not having a powerful enough CPU. While Windows 11 is nigh upon us, Windows 10 will be supported into the future (until October 14, 2025 according to Microsoft). 2nd possible drawback is the mini sized toy monitor. I actually put it aside and am using my original one. But that’s just me, it’s quite adequate. Overall a very affordable way to have a reliable perky little PC on your desk.
